Upload a recording or type a text-to-speech script in your chosen language.

  2. Step 2

    Add contacts

Upload an Excel or CSV list, or trigger calls from your CRM through the API.

  3. Step 3

    Set keypress and retries

Choose what each key does, how often to retry, and when calls can be made.

  4. Step 4

    Launch and track

Start the campaign and watch answered calls and keypresses update live.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Still unsure? Ask Spark, our AI agent in the corner, or talk to our team.

What is Voice OBD?

OBD (outbound dialing) automatically calls a list of numbers and plays a recorded or text-to-speech message. Listeners can respond by pressing keys, and you see who answered and what they chose.

Can I use my own voice recording?

Yes. Upload an MP3 or WAV file, or use text-to-speech if you'd rather type the message. We can also help you record a professional message.

Which languages are supported?

Recordings can be in any language. Text-to-speech is available in English, Hindi, Telugu and several other Indian languages.

Are there rules for promotional calls?

Yes. Promotional calls must follow TRAI rules, including DND preferences and permitted calling hours, and use approved caller IDs. SparkNow applies these controls automatically.

How is Voice OBD charged?

Usually per pulse (for example, per 15 or 30 seconds) of answered call time. Book a demo for current rates.
